HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Camille Reau is happy to accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and original packaging.
To start your return process, please create a return request, and customer service will contact you as soon as possible with a return shipping label and instructions.
Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment or for store credit. A flat rate return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount. We’re happy to waive the return shipping fee for store credit returns.
Any original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please note that all sale items are final sale.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at customercare@camillereau.com. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached and original packaging.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. We will send you an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
