Our designer’s path to fashion began with notes on a chord; schooled in classical violin and sculpture, she was introduced to garment design and construction in the middle of her University studies. With the epiphany that the art of music and technical form could be interwoven into the threads of her designs, her passion for storytelling through dressmaking would lead her on a decade’s long journey working as a liaison with some of the most sought after fashion design houses of the world. Her vision for an all-encompassed sustainable and ethically responsible line was crafted in 2018 when she launched her first exclusive collection of cashmere and merino wool sweaters and scarves, Camille Reau.

Using only the finest natural, sustainable, and non-toxic hairs and fibers, Camille Reau believes that simplicity and purity of our products not only makes you feel beautiful but that, as a brand, is one that you can, in good conscious, stand behind. With the mission statement, “...to preserve and safeguard the environment while giving back every step of the way”, we collectively partner with ethical factories and mills in Europe, South America, the United States, and China, who share in the same social integrity and environmental consciousness of producing responsible and sustainable quality products. 

Camille Reau is exclusive to its online salon in an effort to maintain the integrity of the brand’s philosophy and to provide accessibility ~ because, we believe that taking care of the environment and of each other should not be unattainable.
